Weyerhaeuser Company board of directors has elected Devin Stockfish corporate secretary for the company. The appointment was effective July 1, 2013. Stockfish will continue to serve as assistant general counsel and his practice includes corporate governance, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
