On 3 December 2012 the Second Civil Chamber of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm endorsed the first-instance judgement delivered by Münster district court on 17 February 2012 in the matter of contracts for the supply of logs by the German state of North-Rhine Westphalia (NRW) to the Klausner group.
