On October 11 NAHB announced Remodelers of the Year 2012 during Remodeling Show in Baltimore at the NAHB Remodelers gala. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers named Robert Criner, GMR, CAPS, CGP, of Criner Remodeling in Yorktown, Va., the 2012 Remodeler of the Year in recognition of his professional remodeling achievements. N. Claiborne Porter, AIA, CGR, CGP, of Anchorage, Alaska and Douglas Sutton, CGR, CAPS, of Springfield, Ill., were both inducted into the Remodeling Hall of Fame for their contributions to the remodeling industry.
