In the market for newly built, single-family homes builder confidence rose six points to 35 on the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) in July. Index has recorded this as the largest one-month gain in a decade bringing the HMI to its highest point since March of 2007.
