A high-level seminar organised by the ThinkForest forum concluded that forests and sustainable forest management are the key elements for green bio-economy. But as German Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection Ilse Aigner pointed out “Despite all these positive trends, there are also negative developments. We must investigate the warnings that we are currently receiving from the scientific community.”
