PEFC TO ENDORSE DUTCH FORESTRY CERTIFICATION

The Dutch National Forest Certification Scheme has been submitted by PEFC Netherlands for assessment as per PEFC International’s Sustainability Benchmarks. PEFC International has invited feedbacks by June 1, 2012 from stakeholders worldwide on its compliance. 

The Dutch scheme was developed by the National PEFC Forum, an independent multi-stakeholder body to which representatives from a wide range of sectors including forest owners and industry, environmental and social organizations, and consumers were invited, over a period of three years.
